Webinar: Inclusive Recruiting – The Candidate Journey from the Perspective of People with Disabilities

Event Datetime
12.03.2026, 14:00 - 15:30

Little success in hiring people with disabilities or chronic illnesses? In this webinar, we draw on our survey of applicants with disabilities to show where invisible barriers occur in the application process and how small adjustments can increase hiring success.

Recruiting in Practice: Where the Application Process Determines Hiring Success

Anyone who wants to successfully hire people with disabilities should take a close look at their own recruiting process. Many barriers arise unintentionally because the relevant perspectives are missing. This is exactly where the webinar comes in: Based on the 2025 myAbility survey of applicants with disabilities, we highlight which obstacles exist in the application process and which adjustments can increase hiring success.

Especially in times of fewer hires, it is worth considering candidate experience and accessibility together in order to improve both process effectiveness and equal opportunity.

What to Expect in this webinar:

  • how applicants with disabilities experience the candidate journey and where barriers commonly occur
  • practical recommendations for a more inclusive recruiting process
  • hands-on experiences and best practices that have proven effective in day-to-day business
  • 60 minutes of input plus 30 minutes of Q&A afterwards
