The Key Inclusion Assessment was developed by myAbility in collaboration with Dialoghaus Hamburg. This standardized self-assessment tool makes disability inclusion progress measurable and directly supports companies in sustainability reporting.

Measuring, Managing, and Reporting on Disability Inclusion
Diversity management is increasingly facing the challenge of making disability inclusion efforts visible to company leadership. Additionally, there are often uncertainties in identifying systematic action areas, and the pressure from external reporting under the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) is steadily increasing. But how can disability inclusion efforts be made measurable and aligned with key figures required for ESG reporting?
This digital self-assessment tool serves as a compact management instrument to measure the status quo of inclusion and compare it against a benchmark. It makes progress visible and manageable over time and enables the collection of key figures for both internal and external reporting.

Your Disability Inclusion Dashboard – How It Works
Our myAbility experts will introduce the self-assessment tool in an initial meeting and provide valuable background knowledge for a successful assessment process.
You will then receive access to the secure digital assessment tool. The data collection is carried out independently via a secure online platform. Our team is always available for any questions or assistance.
Once the data has been submitted, it will be analyzed, benchmarked, and prepared in accordance with EU reporting standards. The resulting report includes:
- A clear dashboard with key figures and benchmarks across five dimensions
- Background information on EU standards and guidelines for disability inclusion measurement
- Text modules for your sustainability report
- Detailed data analysis and recommendations for KPI interpretation

To continuously evaluate the progress of disability inclusion activities, we recommend conducting the assessment on a one- to two-year cycle. Use the Key Inclusion Assessment to make disability inclusion efforts visible to management and benefit from benchmark comparisons as well as support in external reporting under ESG standards.
