Leadership Workshops

Top management plays an important role when implementing an inclusive corporate culture. However, the time for training is often very limited. myAbility's leadership training courses are short, virtual units that can be flexibly integrated into your daily routine.

A series of training courses can follow a modular structure or be independent from each other. You have the possibility to choose from the following topics:

• “Know-how pitch” about the business case and the relevance of the issue of disability
• “Awareness nuggets” and a change of perspective with the experts of the Sensing Journey®
• Inclusive leadership and leadership skills
• Strategy, personal scope of action and responsibilities

Success at learning is gradually improved by receiving direct input over a longer period of time. In the training and awareness-raising program different methods are used, such as personal interaction, short input, quizzes and fact sheets. Furthermore, when putting together the concept, we are taking into account your individual requirements.

We also offer all training courses in a virtual setting and are happy to adapt them to your individual requirements in terms of content and time.
