How can people without disabilities actively advocate for people with disabilities in their day-to-day work? This webinar explores, from various perspectives, what authentic allyship entails and how it can be put into practice.

One in five people of working age in German-speaking countries lives with a disability (Eurostat, 2025). Nevertheless, people without disabilities are often unsure how they can act as allies in the workplace when they lack personal experience with disability. In this webinar, experts with personal experience of disability and allies will explain what allyship entails, from everyday actions to strategic sponsorship. The webinar brings together perspectives from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
