Community

There is going to be a huge change in society and the economy. It will be about more collaboration and cooperation, and a new way of social thinking, adopting a “we mindset”. Organizations have to reposition themselves in order to become more efficient, meaningful and innovative. In the DACH region alone, inclusion is a relevant issue for around 15 million people with disabilities and chronic diseases, e.g. visual and / or hearing impairments, mobility impairments, mental health disorders, diabetes, epilepsy, etc. These people have skills and potential and they want to be recognized in the world of work and be part of the economy. This number is likely to increase due to demographic change.

One of our most important tasks is the networking of people with disabilities and chronic diseases and companies that strive for an inclusive corporate culture and society.
