Meet talents with disabilities and position yourself as an inclusive employer

The myAbility Talent® Program is a well-established and accessible career program for students and academics with disabilities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

It gives companies a platform to engage with skilled talents and showcase their commitment to inclusion in a credible and visible way.

By 2025, we have successfully conducted 24 programs, connecting 80 companies with over 500 talents.

Be visible
We make your company visible to the target group and position you as an inclusive employer. Through a strong network of partner universities, organizations, and our social media community, we reach over 300 talents every year.
Be awareIn the second phase of the myAbility Talent® Program, you will gain practical insights into inclusion, disability, and accessibility. In interactive awareness sessions, you will exchange insights with other companies and prepare for your personal meetings with the talents.
Get in touch
At the live matching event, you will meet the talents face-to-face. In structured conversations, there is space for genuine connection and first discussions with potential future employees.
Stay connected
Your departments meet selected talents. We support you in organizing optional job shadowing days, follow-up interviews, internships, or potential hires. myAbility remains your sparring partner: together, we evaluate outcomes and define next steps.
