DisAbility Confidence Day

The DisAbility Confidence Day is the leading business inclusion summit in the DACH region. For over 10 years, it has been raising awareness of the inclusion of people with disabilities at the highest levels of business and politics.

The DisAbility Confidence Day brings together companies, decision-makers, pioneers, and experts who view accessibility and inclusion not as a marginal issue, but as an integral part of sustainable business practices. Leading figures from the worlds of business, politics, and society share strategies, experiences, and best practices that provide guidance for putting inclusion into action.

The program combines various forms of knowledge transfer. Keynotes provide strategic insights and contextualize current developments. Panels bring together different perspectives and highlight the challenges, solutions, and experiences that drive companies in practice. Sessions delve deeper into topics and address them in a practical manner, partly through interaction with the audience and partly through focused presentations. Networking also creates space for personal conversations, mutual learning, and new collaborations.

This provides guidance for everyone who wants to effectively advance and strategically embed inclusion in their organizations.
