myAbility Social Enterprise GmbH (hereinafter "myAbility") is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. This accessibility statement applies to the website www.myAbility.org.

This website is compliant with conformance level AA of the "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2."

Non-accessible content

The following content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation:

1. Our social media channels are operated on platforms that are not within myAbility's sphere of influence. While the functionality of these platforms ensures a certain degree of accessibility, the level of accessibility myAbility aims for regarding the content we publish there is largely determined by the technical and other conditions set by the respective platforms.
2. Tools and external sites operated by myAbility (e.g. myAbility.jobs) are not covered by this accessibility statement due to their technical and formal separation from www.myability.org. Some of these are operated using third-party tools and therefore fall outside myAbility's sphere of influence.
3. myAbility cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content, such as presentation materials or research reports, that is not within myAbility's sphere of influence. This includes, among other things, the form on the page Whitepaper: Data-based Success Factors for Inclusion. For details, see: Certificate report for myAbility.

This statement was prepared by myAbility staff on 5 June 2023 (last updated: 3 August 2026).

The assessment of compliance with WCAG 2.1, level AA, was carried out through ongoing internal accessibility audits between August 2022 and April 2023.

In addition, our website was awarded the Web Accessibility Certificate Austria (WACA) at Gold level by TÜV Austria for WCAG 2.1 AA on 1 July 2023, and was recertified for WCAG 2.2 AA on 16 June 2026. A total of 12 use cases from the website's page set were reviewed for this between May and July 2026.

The offerings and services on this website are continuously improved, updated, and expanded. Usability and accessibility are important priorities for us.
