DisAbility Confidence Day Switzerland 2025
- Event Datetime
- 11.11.2025, 13:00 - 18:00
On November 11, 2025, leading voices from business, HR and technology will gather in Zug to address a central question: How can we integrate the potential of people with disabilities and chronic conditions into our working world as a matter of course – making it measurable and visible?
From data & wellbeing to digital accessibility, neuro-inclusion and inclusive hiring – this is where knowledge meets implementation. Because diversity without inclusion remains ineffective.
Sessions
Throughout six interactive sessions on current trends and topics related to the inclusion of people with disabilities, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and exchange ideas in smaller groups.
The DisAbility Confidence Day is structured into two session blocks, each offering three parallel sessions. Participants can choose one session per block – allowing for a total of two individually selected topics.
Block 1: 2:00 - 2:45 PM
A) Dos and Don'ts in inclusive hiring
Inclusive hiring processes have various benefits – from shaping an inclusive employer brand to tapping into an often-overlooked talent pool. Yet, aspects like uncertainties regarding legal requirements might hinder companies from implementing inclusive practices. A) Now that didn't go so well - Learning from past inclusion mishaps
Starting something new often comes with the fear of making mistakes – particularly when shaping inclusive business processes. Yet, embracing such mistakes can unlock valuable insights, paving the way for new ideas. In this session, you will learn from real-life experiences of different companies that have navigated their own inclusion challenges and have found a way to more effective solutions.

B) Neuro-inclusion in the business world
With neurodiversity and neurodivergence being discussed heavily in recent years, uncertainties still exist when it comes to leveraging their potential in the business world. Therefore, the goal for this session is to talk about key factors and exchange best practices in neuro-inclusion, together with neurodivergent experts by experience.
